We ensure all of our residents’ well-being while they are under our care. Therefore, our staff members can escort residents to meals and other activities if they have physical disabilities caused by their medical condition, age, or injuries to make sure that they go there safely.

We offer respite care for primary caregivers who need to take a break from their caregiving duties or who need to attend to other important matters. With this, your loved ones can stay at our facility on a short-term or temporary basis and enjoy quality care, exceptional amenities, and the fine company of our staff and other residents.

We are aware that our residents have varying personal care needs. We understand that some, for instance, have more difficulty with bathing than others while others find it challenging to get dressed. This is why we create customized personal care plans for each of them to make sure they receive appropriate help from our experienced staff members.

A lot of our residents take multiple medications, and with multiple medications come the possibility of forgetting to take the medicines as prescribed. This is why we have staff members who are Certified Medical Technicians. They are the only ones who are allowed to handle their medications. We also help our residents in ordering their prescriptions and having them delivered.

Age, limited mobility, and health conditions are some of the factors that make it difficult for individuals to relieve themselves. We recognize that our residents may experience this, which is why we help them manage their continence. We understand that continence management is a sensitive issue; therefore, we take great care in maintaining our residents’ dignity and comfort at all times.

We do everything we can to keep our residents to be safe and healthy. Part of the way we ensure their overall well-being is by having an Environmental Services Director who keeps our facility well-maintained by being in charge of repairs, leakage, plumbing, and issues with furniture.

We understand that our residents’ needs go beyond the facility. As such, we make sure that they have the ability to go on shopping trips and to their doctor’s appointments in a safe and convenient manner by providing them with scheduled transportation.

We have staff members who are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be there for all of our residents when they need them, no matter what time of the day. They have the characteristics, skills, and dedication that are needed to provide exceptional care to each person we serve. We are also able to offer services that are rendered by Registered Nurses.

To enable our residents to improve their quality of life, we offer rehabilitation services that are geared toward enhancing their abilities. We give them the convenience of receiving these services at our facility so that they can save their time and will not have the hassle of going to a faraway rehab center.
